Our comprehensive range of Thick-Thin chainrings is proudly designed, refined, and manufactured in our machine shop in Cape Town.
CNC machines offer near-perfect accuracy which is why we chose this manufacturing process for our chainrings.
Each chainring starts as a block of high-end aluminum, is then machined out of the solid plate before passing through a hard-anodized finishing process which boosts its durability.
The final product offers structural superiority and higher levels of precision than chainrings which undergo the forged manufacturing process.
The overall result is a stronger, quieter, more efficient and longer-lasting chainring to keep you rolling.
