Here’s how it works:
To return an item, you’ll need to send it back to us for evaluation using one of these 3 methods:
You can use your own courier,
Use our courier service,
Or drop it off in-store.
If you choose to use our courier service, you’ll be responsible for the courier costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll evaluate it for any signs of misuse and then promptly start the refund process for you.
As part of our Fair Practices Promise, if the issue is caused by us, we’ll gladly cover the courier costs.
Important Notice:
For orders that qualify for our free shipping deal (orders over R4000), if you choose to return any items, you’ll be responsible for covering the return courier costs. Free shipping applies to initial orders, but return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in all cases.
