Defending your safety through high-speed racing is straightforward thanks to advanced manufacturing. The helmet employs a precise in-mould production method. This process foams the inner expanded polystyrene (EPS) cushioning directly into the polycarbonate (PC) outer shell. This bond creates a highly durable, impact-resistant structure. ABUS integrates ActiCage structural reinforcement into the foam core to allow for massive cooling vents. Additionally, a built-in eyewear port features dedicated recesses at the front and rear. Designers engineered every element of this helmet to minimize drag and eliminate wind noise. The retention structure features specialized, pre-stitched FlowStraps that sit flush against your face. Because these aerodynamic straps are sewn directly into position, they eliminate bulky plastic dividers. They never flap at high velocities. On the interior, a unique Floating Pad layout clicks into place using multiple attachment points. This detached arrangement increases pad flexibility and enhances internal airflow. It elevates long-distance wearing comfort. Furthermore, you can easily remove the pads to wash them by hand.
