Warranty Disclaimer
1. Warranty Agreement
- The warranty agreement is managed by the specific supplier of the product and not by Solomons Cycles as a store.
- Warranties are valid only for the original owner and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.
2. Supplier’s Responsibility
- The supplier will evaluate the claim and, at their sole discretion, may:
- Replace the defective product with one of similar quality and specifications.
- Repair the defective product.
- Refund the purchase price, contingent on proof of purchase.
3. Non-Defective Components
- Replacement of non-defective components will be done at the customer’s expense.
- Customers will be notified and their approval will be obtained before replacing any non-defective parts.
4. Labor Charges
- Warranty coverage does not include labor costs for parts replacement or installation.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to and from Solomons Cycles.
- Alternatively, customers may choose to take the product to their nearest authorized dealer for warranty purposes.
6. Bicycle Assembly
- All new bicycles must be assembled by a recognized bike shop to ensure proper setup and to prevent damage or warranty issues.
